Overview
NetworkPlus is an independent study application for the CompTIA Network+ exam. This policy explains the information handled by the app, how subscriptions work, and the choices available to you.
Learning information stored on your device
NetworkPlus stores lesson position and completion, bookmarks, question answers, practice sessions, exam and performance-based-question (PBQ) results, mastery estimates, study plans, Daily Challenges, engagement history, and a subscription-verification cache locally on your device. The current app does not provide an account system or a developer-operated backend that uploads your learning history.
Subscriptions and service providers
When subscriptions are available, the RevenueCat software development kit communicates with RevenueCat and Apple to retrieve subscription products, process or restore purchases, and check whether NetworkPlus Pro access is active. RevenueCat may process an SDK-generated anonymous app-user identifier, product and entitlement information, purchase status, and technical app or device information needed to provide its services. Apple handles App Store accounts, payments, transactions, and subscription information under its own privacy practices. Automatic device-identifier collection is disabled in the current RevenueCat configuration.
App reviews and diagnostics
After certain learning milestones, NetworkPlus may ask iOS to show Apple’s native app-review prompt. NetworkPlus does not receive or store the rating you choose in that prompt. Purchase-related diagnostics are designed to use non-sensitive configuration and error reason codes rather than intentionally logging public SDK keys, purchase details, or personal information.
Analytics and advertising
The current app does not include an advertising SDK, third-party behavioral analytics SDK, or developer-operated analytics backend. Study events are used locally on your device to calculate progress, streaks, recommendations, and achievements.
Retention and deletion
Learning information remains on your device until removed through available application or device controls. Uninstalling the app generally removes locally stored app data, subject to Apple backup and restoration behavior. Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase and subscription records according to their own policies and legal obligations. NetworkPlus currently has no developer-hosted learning profile to delete.
